I’ve been slacking on reporting my workouts this week…I have joined a group where we earn points for eating freggies (fruits and veggies) and workout, amongst a few other things. It’s a nice motivator, but I really haven’t had time this week to really take advantage of it, let alone download the excel program to track my points. A sticky note will have to do for now!
Monday’s workout was called 10-10-10 Strength and Cardio Circuit from Sweet Tooth Sweet Life. I did sprints instead of walking in between each set per circuit (each circuit had 3 strength moves x3). I didn’t find it super difficult, but I am definately sore all over!!
Tuesday: I did 10-15 min HIIT plus 30 minute online yoga class – it was one of the free ones sent to me via email from reflexion yoga. I loved this class! It was a “flow” class and incorporated some moves I hadn’t done before (crow pose anyone??)
Needless to say, I am so not there yet.
Wednesday: I went at it today with Upper Body HIIT Blitz. It was a great mix of upper body and abs, with bursts of jump roping, which is my favorite because it is so easy to do in the garage. The push-ups got to me a little, but it was more fun than usual. I just got a stability ball, so it adds some spice to worn out exercises.
